Healthy kids are active kids, and active kids are healthy kids. Our recreational programs prove it every day. So many American children suffer from obesity and other problems directly related to over-eating and lack of exercise. Luckily, most respond quickly to the combination of consistent, enjoyable exercise and subtle guidance on the topic of personal responsibility.

Our staff knows how to motivate youngsters and how to maintain their enthusiasm so they aren't even aware of the health benefits involved these activities. They're way too busy having FUN FUN FUN !

We stress SAFETY and BASIC SKILLS in our rec programs, making sure that each gymnast develops a safe, solid foundation on which to build for the future.
